These figures were made before the anime so Medicos probably thought that random moments of the manga weren't reason enough for another face sculpt.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the part 3 figures came out incredibly long ago DIO,The World,Jotaro, and Star Platinum all came out in 2009 while the rest of the part 3 figures came out in 2010 so their articulation and sculpt isn't as great if you were to compare them to the rest of the line

$140 isn’t that bad since that’s basically $60 per figure and $20 shipping. I’d say get the part 4 figures they’re really good like I’ve got P4 Jotaro, SP, Josuke, CD, White Kira and KQ. Also I have a young Joseph who I painted my self.

Dio and Jotaro are the first figures that I collected, and I have to admit that even though they're highly detailed they're super tiny. I'm used to collecting play arts figures so maybe I'm not used to figures being this small. Still nice though

Oh yeah I should tell you that you should be careful if you get the green Star Platinum cuz there was someone doing a stop motion and he accidentally broke the head cuz he was swapping the heads so you should be careful if you get the green Star Platinum but I think if you get the Purple Star Platinum I think you're good
