You can definitely pay as low as $2-$5 for clone wars clones in perfect condition. You just need to buy locally from people getting rid of their toys. I’ve never paid more than $7 for a loose clone wars clone and $10 for a carded one and i own almost every trooper besides the arc troopers

That's certainly a part of it. Back before Disney bought SW Hasbro consistently knew to release Clone figures, but once Disney bought them out I think they made it a goal to release fewer and fewer prequel-era toys.

I’ve been collecting these guys since 2008 and I store them in shoe boxes. I have bought slightly yellowed figures, but touch wood, nothing is turning yellow. It’s sunlight that does it.

It's sunlight and, in my opinion, the slight differences in the chemical makeup of the plastic. I have 2 carded 2006 Commander Codys. One is yellow and the other isn't, and I know since I've had them I've treated them exactly the same since. It's so unpredictable.

So yeah like the title says this list is at this point very outdated so heres some decent priced ones you can find if you look hard enough: standard phase 2 antennae trooper, imperial shoulder armour shock trooper, Oddball and the phase 2 AT-TE gunner are still well priced, of course theres the new clone figures which you can buy for retail price as well as shipping on sites like entertainment earth, be careful for those extremely cheap bulk phase 2 and phase 1 clone trooper figures those are mostly knockoffs, the sellers Space Junk Toys and CloudCityCollectibles sell genuine and fair priced troopers and on occasion some sellers will auction off their figures and you may be able to get a good deal, but like JC says these guys are like the stock market this might become outdated by tomorrow
