Tbf this megatron has so many joints that you could transform him into anything. I personally make his tank mode like the concept art and his jet mode into a mix of 2007 megatron and foc shockwave

I will never unsee the Waluigi mustache he has on his face. The first time I saw the art for the character and the face sculpt for this figure, I just see that Waluigi mustache he has.

I would much rather have worse alt modes if it results in a good robot mode. This is the prime example. The alt modes absolutely suck, but the bot mode is FLAWLESS

I don’t even think they really suck as they are cybertronian. And the idea of a triple changing Megtron just makes sense.

Agreed. I recently got the studio series rotb optimus prime and the truck mode doesn't hide the leg pieces so well but the robot mode is insanely good. Like I don't care that the truck mode has big blue chunks of robot kibble because in bot mode, he looks like he's ready to take back scourges key and take off his head

I don’t really think the alt modes are that bad. The tank is a bit iffier since it looks very weird when you spin it to the side but I think the jet mode is pretty decent. I mean the robot mode more than makes up for it since it was obviously the focus and potential the best robot mode on a Transformer at this scale.

I mean the TLK style jet fan mode ain’t too bad. Yes there’s a lot of pretty crappy looking ones but there’s a few that are actually pretty cool.
