Temperature calibration operation: 1. Put the soldering iron tip on the thermometer after powering on for 60 seconds, and add solder (appropriate amount) to the soldering iron tip to make the thermocouple of the thermometer fully contact the soldering iron tip. 2. After the thermometer shows that the temperature is stable (about 3 seconds), record the temperature of the thermometer. 3. Remove the soldering iron from the thermometer and press "-" and "+" at the same time to enter the temperature calibration interface. 4. Enter the adjustment amount. (See example below) . Press "-" and "+" at the same time to exit the temperature calibration interface For example, when the set temperature is 350℃ and the soldering iron tip is actually 342℃, the calibration steps are as follows ①Press "-" and "+" at the same time to enter the temperature calibration interface ②Press "+" until the LCD displays 08℃ ③Press "-" and "+" at the same time to exit the temperature calibration interface. (Temperature calibration completed) For example, when the set temperature is 350℃ and the actual measurement is 330℃, the calibration steps are as follows: ① Press "-" and "+" at the same time to enter the temperature calibration interface ②Press "-" until the LCD displays -20℃ ③Press "-" and "+" at the same time to exit the temperature calibration interface. (Temperature calibration completed) It is best to choose 350 degrees when calibrating the temperature, which can ensure good linearity in the entire temperature control range. Fault alarm indication: When LCD displays "OP": it means that the heating core is open. Treatment method: 1. Replace the heating core. 2. Check whether the heating core pins are in poor contact. When the LCD displays "E1": It means that the power socket is in poor contact, or the power supply interferes with the soldering iron and cannot operate. Treatment method: 1. Pull out the plug again. 2. Turn off the source of interference. 3. Use far away from interference sources. Best Regard. 🙏🙏🙏 I Hope it will Help.

Was looking to buy this station but if don’t have sleep mode then I’d rather get the other one, similar to this but has 5 pins on the iron connector, so I’m guessing would have sleep mode

@@khartronix2066 Which one has the sleep function on the iron?

More important does it have the tip grounded? That would be a good thing to know ...

@@downtheshedwithjason Yup, I totally understand. A bit more care for the end user and some very very simple features to implement would have made the difference.

A bit late but yes, it does. The tip is properly grounded.

Hear in Brazil we have problems with 220v version. Many stations the soldering Iron doesn't work.
@jvianneyjr3 жыл бұрын
Some people buy a New resistor and solve the problem. But sometime we have difficult to find a real 80w 220v resistor
