Tears sprang to my eyes when Phoebe got her award. Sometimes I found the coaches attitudes towards the girls to be near the line of cruel.. (by uk standards and my own experiences in life) I stuck with watching hell week as I felt that it was possible their attitudes seemed worse as on camera/not knowing them and their personalities personally/I understood that they were sifting the wheat from the chaff. The fact the girls still kept going also spoke volumes too. I am so pleased they finished the week with fun games and the coaches joined in and a certificate ceremony. This told me that the coaches do have hearts. They just want the best for the girls. To compete they need dedication, fitness, drive, passion etc even when it is hard and it is hard. Phoebe you obviously found the coordination of learning the routines and then putting the words in as well just threw you off. But yesterday I watched and thought... "yes, she's got it... She's standing proud, she's getting her confidence". You keep practising and you will grow and grow in ability and confidence. Try looking in a mirror at home so your eyes see where the placement of your limbs are meant to be on certain moves... This will help you build your muscle memory. I for one know the difficulties in thinking your body placement is what someone else is doing when actually you are not. Well done Phoebe. Well done to all the girls. You survived. You have now proved you belong in this team and will only continue to keep improving

No, they need to see how frustrating it is when you tell someone to do something, you teach them, they say they have it and don't need help but the next day they give lazy, loose, silent and wrong cheers. 😒 That's what they need to feel. The frustration.

Congratulations ladies Cheyenne girl I knew your name was coming up. You deserve that stick you are a great motivation and I enjoy watching you are definitely your sisters keeper. The reason I tent to speak up for coach staff is because I've been in their shoes and understand it all. Some may not like how this staff is, you have to sit back and really ask yourself is is worth being upset at them for doing a good job. There is a time for practice and a time for playing around. This staff always me are their girls are no matter they go through. Again Congratulations ladies.
