Even if i turned of aggressive modes. Some players will totally attacked you. It's not easy to farm maples. Totally hard. And it's totally unfair. Not challenging Imagine. You are low level. And attacked by higher level people. Last time i was attacked by assassin. And it has high damage af. I couldn't exit and im using healer lvl1 So unfair. It takes time to get my 4 maples. And got killed easily by some random douchebags.

Do not need to empty the chests fully for the zone to refresh, as long as all are unlocked and people leave the zone will refresh, bodies sometimes also stop this.

Of course purple set and sit in bush next to tree. You can collect one piece of maple log and strong axes. You leave with few maples and few axes.

I was REALLY hoping for this *Troll* that seems to have a chance of appearing in the Forest of Shadows... I encountered one today... It’s got 2400 about hit points; relentlessly peruses you AND even if you get it to chase another player when they die or leave the zone the dang Troll seems to know exactly where you are, finds you and starts the chase again.... Wondering WHAT causes that thing to pop up... kept leaving and returning to the zone later but never reset for me & first thing when entering, the Troll is on my back....

Thank you JCF once again for the well informed video. Maybe it's just my bad luck but explaining the other side of the coin could help. "What to do when farming maple doesn't go so smooth". I enter twice in a row and was chased down by a player in full armor, lost level 2 axe and staff both times. Kept the support staff handy like you suggested, but with no luck! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I should add that it was a different player the second time with very similar armor and weapons.

Have a support staff in your hand with the healer class active. Wait for the skills to be ready before you go more into the zone. Try to find what you are looking for, but if you cant find it, loot the chests and leave the zones. If you run into an aggressive player, run for the exit and activate both healing skills. The healing rate will be too high for the player to be able to kill you.

Amazing idea. You come with axe and maple (1 log) to zone so you find tree. Ending up by dying by hand of assasin 3 with fire dagger in purple gear on one hit. Or go to orange zone you get killed by sharpshooter 3 in purple gear with fire bow. Go to orange rocks for copper, get killed by berserker 2 in purple gear. This method is good on paper however you'll end up bringing axe and one maple or one copper to purple players. Only way that worked for me was to enter in your best gear possible being ready for pvp. As well as meeting 3-4 mobs (giants, archers and shamans) hugging one tree or one copper deposit...

@@harveygitarista1600 The red zone is PVP in general. The main problem, aside from forcing people to go to a pvp zone, is that in the solo maple zone, only 1 maple tree exists. Solo players are then forced to not only go into the pvp zone, but the pvp zone for families. So far I've been able to sneek in with some basic armour and a dagger, but several times I've had to flee due to coming across a team of 3.

You'd be surprised. Alot of players in epics that are in solo zones are set to nonaggressive. They want to sac gear, not farmables. The durability on epics often isnt worth killing farmers.

C'mon, guys. Give this game another chance. It's the original kind. Frostborn was the masterpiece. But ldoe was (is) the original. Also in addition to that it's back to ldoe Survival. Check Caireks videos on this season, he loves it. You'll also get all the information. The season is very balanced. YOU CAN EVEN GET ATV TRANSMISSION SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GETTING IT!

Never gonna recover it's great they changed the healing so now it's more likely you'll survive spamming heals but that's not gonna change anything lol. GL but frostborn is on another lvl and tbh I can't remember ever thinking AI in green zones were real players always knew they were AI.
