Just today i went to the bank and got 1$ dollar in pennies . 2 rolls . 1 roll was a complete roll of wheat pennies i was beside myself the other roll was like all BU66-67, maybe 68 1980's coins, im like this is the best 1 dollar i ever spent .kudos to the bank teller

I am completely new to coin collecting, I’ve always looked through my change but never knew what I was looking for. There’s so much to learn. I have a small bag I’ve kept of coins that seem to be what people look for. Key tip: the likely hood of you finding an error coin are tremendously low but double dyes are almost impossible to see unless under microscope. So at first glance if you decide to keep it put it with the others and dedicate a few hours to closely and carefully analyze them.

Dang the cost is so much more than I was hoping. That is really a bummer I do have some pretty cool coins but now I'm really doubting if it would be worth it to send them. After saving the money to be able to send them. Thank you for the information that you provide I injoy watching and learning from your videos. You dont have to grade all of your coins to trade them in. Just the ones that look the most uncirculated

Opinions are like something I’ve been told but here’s mine either way, the issue with the whole PCGS NGC and ANACS is yes the two larger companies do bring a few bucks more BUT they charge quite a few bucks more to grade them. After memberships grading fees and shipping cost each one are coming out to four even five or six times the cost to have graded. From the auctions I’ve seen say the coin sells for say 500.00 using one of the big two but only brings 450.00 after using ANACS that fifty dollar profit may or may not cover their increased cost so it’s not profit at the end of the day. To me it’s a stupid bet paying extra money to on the off chance you might just break even.

Just got my submission paper work From NGC. Unhappy to hear the value of coins would be diminished because they where graded by NGC that Sucks !! Thank you for reviewing this form so I and others can learn quicker and easily. appreciated!!👍👌 As a note cosmetics on any product makes a product. By way of packaging. NGC is much more attractive than ugly PCGS holders. (NGC) Great looking holders. Are. Vital to presentation !! Holders (slabs) are excellent looking too. Everybody loves that holographic blue they utilize in their lable In selling one's coins. Well. strapped for money so will work with NGC 1st. Thank you for your truthfulness!!

I think you meant ANACS not NGC. He never said much about NGC at all, but just so you know it’s practically identical to PCGS and are on the same level in terms of service, pricing and grading. People just have their preference over one or the other.

Thanks for the info great video. I've been saving old coins for 10 years never looked at prices till yesterday. I have a 1858 penny in great condition and 1890 nickle good condition and a 1964 nickle in very fine status I believe. Found a 1954 penny that is in very good condition also. I really don’t know what the fascination with getting some random people to grade your coins and charge you through the nose for it. That and the fact they are sealed into plastic and you can’t see them as clearly any longer or ever handle them just saddens me. Then again when I started collecting nobody really used these services if there were some available in the 70s which I certainly wasn’t aware of.

Oh man.. so it cost a lot to get a few coins looked at and graded.. this is gonna be tougher than I thought, I have about 30-35 different kind of wheat pennies (some with the same year) and a few silver coins and I have hit rock bottom an I'm trying to see the worth of them to maybe sell them to make alittle money, save and find myself a new home.. Thank you for explaining how to grade coins and making a video as well, I've been trying to figure it out for about five months now since I've gone through all of my coins.

I have a few questions about the value. What if I have no clue whether this or that coin is worth $5 or $5000. I assume I'm supposed to look online on NCG, PGS, or maybe eBay to see what things are selling for? It's hard to determine which value to guess about when you don't know any of the values. How do you determine what value to put on the form? Do you base on price guide or what you think it will be graded as? Example...if I have a coin I think is mint 67, and pcgs price guide says it's worth $750...is that the value I put on the form? Thanks, your videos are very helpful.

I found 20 uncirculated 2009 formative years ddr 802 errors in a sealed mint roll. I'm 100% sure they are doubles due to die markers being the same on all and online. Idk if I should get them all graded or just a few.
