12:00 A way you can evenly distribute the cars/trains on rides is take the ride time. divide that by the number of cars then the min and max wait time 3 seconds shorter and longer. You'll either have cars leaving right as another is arriving or if people aren't piling up in line you'll get a small stockpile of cars ready to be filled
