I finally got one...putting it together and I have an extra part (a spacer?)... At 1:14 in your video, you have the very part sitting on top of the bender. Did you find a use for that?

Looks like he has it under the die

They are super nice to have on hand. The air over hydro is the only way to go.

Is it possible to buy the manual version and then get the hydraulic as a add on later?
@TestDontguess4 жыл бұрын
Yes you can as the hydraulic kit comes with the change over parts, I know the cost is way higher but you’ll thank yourself for it

Good Day, thanks for the informative video... was wondering if you have a direct way I can contact you. Would like to ask you a few questions regarding your model 32 bender.

ive been looking at them contemplating if i want one, think ill pull the pin on it in the future just alot of investment right now when you need atleast 4 dies with it to be able to recoupe any money and have options when building different tasks, i like the square dies too i typically prefer building with square tube on my rigs to be unique as everyone uses round tube
@TestDontguess4 жыл бұрын
no I totally hear you when a die is like 400 bucks, I know jd squared has square dies, however I wouldn't be surprise if all benders this style can interchange dies
@AndrewBrowner4 жыл бұрын
@@TestDontguess i havent really seen any others of this style, if you find any cheaper dies to let me know, also the best place/way to purchase in canada would be good info, the machine isnt bad at 300-400$ without the cylinder, up to you if you buy their cylinder or find your own if hand bending get too tedious its the dies that are the killer i know they need to be precise and all but its just a couple chunks of steel i dont see it costing them over 80$ to make them in NA probably half that in the east

I purchased from KMS tools as they usually go on sale a few times a year

How the heck do you get accurate bends on this thing, I struggle to get the right centre measurements
@TestDontguess3 жыл бұрын
it takes practice plus having software makes it easier
@sytherpka3 жыл бұрын
