I'm about 90% sure it's carpal tunnel syndrome. Waiting for the end of race season to see surgery options. It's to the point now where it's not enjoyable and dangerous

@@NorthEastDirt I started doing a whole bunch of stretching and mobility exercises an hour before I race, and I’m massage the top of my forearms to get them all loose and that has helped with not getting those issues.
