Question: started collecting WW2 and WW1 uniforms but I’m afraid to display them as I’m worried about moths. How do you deal with this without using dangerous chemicals?

Some guys will put uniforms in a freezer for a few days to kill any moth eggs. Some with get the uniform dry cleaned professionally. Definitely a good idea to inspect a uniform when you get it and look for existing damage and any possible signs of mothing.
