That switch is to open or lock your differentials not to switch the power to the wheels.

Those are Lamco gauges. I'm not sure that exact din triple pod is still made but I bet you could find a used one either in Japan or from a local Subaru club. Example: page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/v500703963

tough to say. It looks like similar condition but low mileage examples are appreciating and setting new records, but some okay looking stuff can still come in around the 12k mark.

The dcc cannot change the car to rear wheel drive, only adjust the power split within limits, the car always remains AWD. Why is the intake manifold not pwdercoated red like how these cars cofrom factory?

If you compare the bumpers of the 22b bumper and the Type R bumper you will notice the car of the video is a 22b. Or they changed the Type R bumper for the 22b one.

elbenja008 Dude... Where do I even start? 22b has widebody, the wheels are wrong, the spoiler isn't a 22b one, the vents are wrong, the seats are wrong, the grille isn't a 22b grille, etc. There's more but you get the idea.

Yes. I've seen this done to a few Type-R's. It has a 22B/WRC style front bumper. Exactly what Bunta's one was like. I like the look of the bumper, but on a Type-R/RA I prefer the stock bumper. I'm not sure why some of these Type-Rs have that style bumper. Perhaps its a special option. It is interesting though.
