Ewers will have 6-7 bonafide starter-level talent receivers and at least 3 proven backs that can tote the rock in addition 2 legitimate receiving threats at TE.

I'm a Longhorn Alum so I'm glad he'll be hear a couple of years if he'd gone somewhere in the SEC where he could start in 2023, he'd be getting drafted next year. Manning played in low class MS football, mostly against 8th and 9th graders. We'll see how he does playing against real athletes. Pretty sure the reason he hasn't played for 3 years is that he has never been exposed to real athletes.

Can't tell you how many 1A and 2A "studs" have gone on to D1 colleges and have flamed out. Lots of 6A and 7A athletes who only started as seniors who went to D1 and then on to the pros. There is no comparison between lower levels in HS and the highest levels in HS. Check out the Alabama state records. Brady Kyle owns almost every record for QBs. Played 1A, the lowest level in HS. Went on to UNA, and quit after 2 years, never played a down at a low level D1 school. Mic drop.
