Jealous of a Child

The plaintiff says she was married to the defendant, and everything was fine till their son was born and the defendant became jealous of him. She’s suing her ex for unpaid child support. The defendant says he wanted to stay married, but the plaintiff didn’t. He claims the plaintiff prevents him from seeing their son, so he’s countersuing for emotional distress.
