@graeson82 жыл бұрын
Clearly, y’all must have a problem with listening because the court order said they both had joint custody which means they both legally on paper take care of the child. At the time he went and filed for child support. The child was with her on a vacation plus, they wouldn’t have thrown the order for child support out if he was the sole/primary caregiver to this child. And as for the abuse claims, we do not know if those were true or not. She said she dropped the charges because at the time they were still in a relationship and she was still in love with him and didn’t want him to go to jail which is the very real thing that a lots of women do doesn’t necessarily mean he did or didn’t abuse her it just means she dropped the charges for whatever reason.

Not necessarily. Facts can be proven, hence the arrests and medical bills for the broken fingers and such. She already stated that she kept going back so why would she show up to have him convicted? Him bringing photos of her also says a lot about his temperament as well as unlawfully taking the child to another state. He's using the child as leverage, as do women. And is very manipulative. Abuse often times works both ways and it’s shown here a lot on the JM show - the audience laughs when men detail how their partner hurt them, I remember one case specifically where the woman immediately gave off vibes of “I’ll throw hands on ya” and she was at least double the dude’s size and she hit him with a CHAIR while he was sleeping and the audience got a good chuckle out of that but can you imagine how jarring that would be and how much it would hurt? I admittedly used to have violent or vindictive tendencies, I’ve hit BFs, broken laptops and as soon as they’d retaliate in any kind of way I definitely played that dang “but I’m a GIRL!” card. It’s been many years since I’ve been that way. It took being with someone truly violent and crazy that calmed me down because you honestly are always in fear because the slightest thing can set them off and they’re destroying your stuff and hurting you, either hurling heavy things your way or straight up hurtling towards you and choking you out. I left as soon as I felt safe and the crazy thing was, I was never violent towards him. But it made me look back and realize how shitty and crazy I used to be, I once cut up my boyfriend’s clothes, not all of them but still and I don’t even remember why now! I don’t have contact with any of those anymore (probably for obvious reasons lol, I was really very crazy and unstable) but I do my best to be patient and quiet in relationships and talk rather than yell. I understand a lot of abused women stick around longer than they should for a lot of different reasons but you’re right on this particular case and a lot of others I’ve seen - they just always resort to that like it’s their get out of jail free card. I’ll say this much - when I was in a truly terrifying relationship where I legitimately feared my partner I called the cops any time he started acting up and breaking shit if he hadn’t already broken my phone by then (I think he broke like 5 of them in the course of a year). He called the cops my “babysitters” but thank god they showed up, even if they couldn’t always cuff him. They at least got him to leave for a while so I could compose myself and leave of my own accord. Sorry for the novel. I just feel strongly about domestic violence, I had to stay in a battered women’s shelter for two months before I could get on my feet and I was so thankful for that and some stories were truly horrifying and then you’d have people using us state resources and beds saying stuff like “he called me a bitch and I just couldn’t take it”

Good to see a brother stepping up and taking care of his responsibilities. On the flip side when a father has custody of a child and the mother is paying child support, it paints a bad picture of the type of person she is.
@Mr.Boring_Man2 жыл бұрын
Nobody believed her. She could barely keep the lies up. She wanted to have hot girl summers and now wants to come back and a fake ass mother of the year and take all the credit because if the kid was bad, she wouldn't want anything to do with that child. You want to start taking parenting seriously... cool. You don't have to tear down the other parent to do so. Much love to that fellow father.

The plantiff decided to repeatedly go back to this defendant even after all of the alleged physical abuse. But why would a man want anything to do with her and involve himself in a situation like this as her husband next to her has. Troublesome part of it all is a child is involved in this.

The custody battle cases can get very pricey and messy! I've seen it before! Whenever there's a child or children involved, the justice system claims to be fair but it's not fair. They say they do what's in the best interest for the child but really it's about what they believe is in the best interest for the child. Could u imagine a stranger Tell u what and where your child should be, should do or be with!?

So if the parents cant come to a decision who the child should go with who other the the court should determine that?

HE DIDN'T AND WHILE DOWN IN FLORIDA HE USED HE PUT THE MOTHER ON CHILD SUPPORT 💯 THAT'S WHAT SHE'S SUING FOR 💯IF HE WOULD NEVER RUN DOWN TO FLORIDA💯 SHE WOULD NEVER HAD TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT 👉JUDGE MATHIS WAS EMOTIONAL 👉AND HE WASN'T BASIC HIS EVIDENCE ON LOGIC AND FACTS.

I think the turning point in the case was the letters that' the judge received ( shows that he is the child primary giver thus that the reason why she was to pay $100 per week) Plus the fact that she try to sue for child support refund is really funny.

@@ayana188 what mother doesn’t know where their child goes to school or who the doctor is? She didn’t even speak against that but smiled and shook her head. She didn’t try hard to be in her daughters life. She just wants to be a mother now because she’s married and ready to settle but she shouldn’t uproot the child because she’s finished partying. Family court almost always rules in favor of the mother and for their judge to grant joint custody… says a lot if all that abuse was a real issue
