There are so many reasons why people can be afraid of their partner cheating. It doesn't matter if it's LDR or if you live together and spend most of the day with each other. So I totally agree that it doesn't mean someone has trust issues or is overreacting. All feelings are valid, jealousy included. Trying to dismiss or ignore it can only make it worse, not make it go away. What matters is not if you feel jealous/insecure but how you handle these feelings. Just make sure you don't handle it in destructive way, by controling your partner, getting angry at them, looking through their phone etc. Instead, focus on finding the reason of you being jealous/insecure and finding a constructive solution to this, wheter it's an honest talk with your partner, individual/couple therapy or some other solution appropriate to your situation.

Funny how people ask if he’ll cheat when a guy/girl can cheat even if it’s not an ldr 😂 If you do fear that they will cheat then it’s better to end the relationship because it won’t last long if you don’t have trust. You were also right about the trauma thing tho

Can you overcome it if your partner didn't call you for months and you cannot call him even though you want it so bad. because the only way to contact if he call you. (he work offshore) and the last call he make, he ask you to wait for him. Thats the only thing you know. Will you wait for him? Or not? Do you have any tips for this kind of relationship?
