Crimes committed in the heat of passion are excused in some modern day societies still. Brazil is one country in which a jilted lover can, in a fit of rage, commit a crime of passion, killing the cheater and need only turn themselves in afterwards for a greatly reduced punishment phase. France, Italy, Texas believe it not, Australia, Portugal, and others have provisions in the law justifying homicide under the code of honor when dealing with interlopers and or cheating spouses. not saying this is right or wrong but the strain and pressure that such an event would impose upon the psyche would be mind altering at best.

BC, this case was INSANE! I often respond to you when listening to your cases, expressing my surprise or horror out loud ('no, he never', 'she did what?', 'what a shifty character' etc) and there were a lot of outbursts for this case. I could not have predicted where this case was going or what on earth was going on!

I'm not condoning. What Kate did but at the same time? Her husband could have diffused the situation a long time ago.He didn't have to let it go on as long as he did , he played a major role in her jealousy.

That Jezebel honestly had it coming, glad the wife wasn't hanged and was able to live a fullfilled life with her children.

Good morning Brief Case. I'm off from work and catching up on your videos. Thank you soo much for the consistent uploads. 😊 I'm relaxing before I mow the grass later this morning. 😌 I will enjoy these before I'm sweltering after the grass cutting. 🥵

@@BriefCaseOfficial You're welcome. 🤗 It's more fun to get out there and doing it, than the wait before I cut. It looks so nice when it's freshly cut.
