In Bloodsport Bolo was in phenomenal physical shape! Asian men were small and thin, but Bolo was packing muscle with a physique never seen in a Asian make ever before! Jean Claude was in tip top phenomenal shape on top. The final fight scene between the 2 of them till this day is so electrifying it has me on the edge of my seat still ! That fight scene is one the best and premier fight scenes I've ever seen! To see both actors and martial artists together was truly a blessing 4 me ! This video brought me 2 tears . I cannot explain sorry. Godbless Jean Claude and Bolo and their families always!

Bolo just wanted to be nice and JC himself acknowledged bigger stars than him during The Expendables 2 promotion. The truth is that Van Damme lost dedication to sport fairly early in his life himself and fans loving him for muscles only have been calling him lazy for a couple of decades at least. Everyone is different and has different ambitions and needs.

No way. I was saying to someone recently that the difference between action stars back then versus action 'stars' of today is that when people like Stallone, Willis, JCVD, etc, said they'd stop the bad guys and save the world, you absolutely and unequivocally believed it. They may not be hard men like SAS and US Marine guys but it was a measure of their acting ability we never considered they wouldn't. When The Rock, Statham, John Cena, Vin Diesel, etc, say everything is gonna be OK, I honestly don't buy it.
