I fear the MCU will cater to him, given that anyone who tals about the X-Men in the MCU exclusively bring up Wolverine (plus Kevin Feige was an executive producer for WATXM, so that's not a great sign). I hope the 90s revival doesn't showboat him as well. X-Men: Evolution was the last good X-Men project that wasn't exclusively about Logan.

I hate how Jean and Cyclops' main story was just about their romance. Cyclops' only priority is finding her, and he's all Jean focused on. Plus the Phoenix Saga was RUSHED terribly.

If I was one of the writers for this show. I would end the series with Jean taking back the Phoenix Force. That way, she’ll take it beyond the galaxy, until she finds a way to control it. She would ask Emma to take care of both Scott & their friends. She would later return in season 2, to face Apocalypse.

Well in the original comics there was also a little romantice intrest between Logan and Jean. The love trangel between Logan, Scott and Jean is actually well knowen famouse in the Marvel franchiuse Comics and Series. It's raraley knowen there where not this love trangel to have like X-Men Evolution as on example.

@@user-vj5df4ff4rYes, but aside from a few instances where Jean was being petty or trying to make Scott jealous, initially, Jean didn’t really return Wolverine’s interest. She was 100% committed to Scott. After her death tho in the Phoenix Saga, by the time she came back writers seemed to really want to make her into Logan for some reason when, historically, her relationship with Scott was always more important to her. I personally hate the love triangle, it’s stupid and doesn’t work because it’s just Wolverine pining after a married woman.

@@seranibitanta5774 I understand that you hate this love triangle thing and that's why (sorry Jean fans, but you can't force someone to like or dislike you) it's one of the reasons why I don't like Jean, or rather just don't can suffer well. As you've already sadly noted (which makes me feel sorry for Logan here), she initially only flirts with Wolverine to make Scott jealous (which makes me feel sorry for Scott). This kind of behavior from Jean is like an act of distrust of the feelings Scott actually has. If you really love someone, you shouldn't do that to him with the "I'll make him jealous number" so that I'm sure that he loves me and I'm still the most attractive woman for him. These boys only suffer once, one will only be given a few unnecessary hopes that won't really come true, and the other will only ever be afraid and think that he might lose the love of his life to someone else, and that for both of them , to unnecessarily hate and blame the other “love rival”. Jean, on the other hand, doesn't really do anything to explain things to the two of them properly and sort it out in a peaceful way. Statesen, they usually let things escalate into violent arguments or even fights. You can also see here that Jean is not entirely innocent of this love triangle problem.
