Back somewhere in 1982 a friend of mine had bought the record and taped it for me. That tape, I played it to death and back. Years later Oxygene became the favorite music of my oldest son (now 16). Nice clean rip there Phil! Thanks.

the technics SL1200 is a DJ spec turntable and while its outstanding, its hardly known for being audiophile quality

@@operationscomputer1478 This is not the old model sl1200, but a completely redesigned model. And it is a very good turntable. Even Steve Guttenberg (the Audiophiliac) Changed from his reference SME turntable to this model.

With all due respect, you are in desperate need of tubes, better cartridge aligment and resistive and capacitive loading. There is so much more imaging and emotion there than you are getting. I love the looks, but this is like listening to razor blades. Maybe it's KZbin...
