Ok. Two months with this cologne and I can tell you the facts. Massive commitment getter Projects excellent. Performance is an ABSOLUTE BEAST!!!! I’m beyond picky on the performance with all cologne’s as I feel most don’t live up to their BS by other experts or reviewers. This does! Beyond impressive. Buy it now before they reformulate it!

I tried this yesterday. It was like the Le Parfum at first then quickly became more complex with the honey and tobacco. Then the honey falls away and the tobacco takes over making it a darker fragrance. I could still smell it when I went to bed 👍

I owned Le Parfum and always felt like it was missing something. Elixir truly makes up for what Le Parfum was lacking. It's a beautiful rich fragrance.

@@T10-i5sNo. Le Parfum is smoother and less aggressive. It can pretty much be worn all year around. Elixir can be cloying in high heat situations.

I get so much attention when wearing it at work but its gonna be in the 90's all this week in my area so im a little sad that this is gonna have to be on the backburner. Hawas and ADG Profondo will be my heavy hitters this week, till the king Elixer makes his return!

Cant go wrong with either of these gems. Last fall/winter I wore parfum and this time around its elixir. Both big winners that definitely please (nearly) everybody. Great review PS: Avoid this gem in the heat. Mfr is HEAVY

I definitely get the mint in this but it's not strong mint or in your face mint. More subtle but definitely there. Perhaps the vanilla or honey tones it down?

I was anticipating this JPG elixir and when my local Macy’s got it, I was so disappointed! The notes looked phenomenal does it last a long time yessssss but it absolutely did nothing for me! When I smell a fragrance I try and put my mind set on how a woman would perceive the smell and to me this doesn’t do it! When I meant a woman that’s just my preference I don’t judge to whom your attraction is to ❤ stay blessed ✌️❤️

Think Le Male Elixir is targeted mainly for the younger crowd (teen to early 20's) because of the hyper Tonka, Honey, Vanilla sweetness bomb. Doesn't mean older men can't wear it but I think if you already own Le Male le Parfum as a guy in his later 20's to 30's just stick to the Le Parfum it's a classier, more refined scent with the Iris and Cardamom that give it that extra bit of sophistication.

This and invictus victory elixir are my favorite 2 fragrances this year by a lot. I make decants and give them to friends and family and those two have gotten the most compliments by far. Everyone that has tried them wants them. Also le male elixir is my wife's new favorite so bonus

@@miniroseyo honestly really easy. I got everything from Amazon, 3, 5, and 10 ml glass vials with sprayers and caps, buy some plumbers tape, but don't cheap out on the tape, and that's all. You can get syringes with leur locks but those only work on about half of all bottles but when it does work it's really easy.

The mint has returned, I would have preferred a heavier dose of lavender but I’m biased French Lavender is 1 of my all time favorite notes. According to Fragrantica the power rankings of the notes goes as such 1. Vanilla 2. Honey 3. Tonka 4. Lavender 5. Tobacco 6. Mint 7. Benzoin not sure my nose agrees 100% with those I’m definitely getting a heavier dose of the mint than tobacco & lavender, it’s a soft pleasant mint by the way this is very well done 👌

I am trying to get into collecting scents and I watch a lot of these review videos and honestly they leave me very unsatisfied. The most important information for beginners is usually missing. As in defining sillage, distinguish it from projection, unpack longevity as in what happens to the base notes, what notes subside and which ones become more prominent in the course of the day as the scent is wearing out, how does the climate affect the scent etc. lastly, I think more quantitative information would be ideal, as in sillage is X feet, projection x feet, longevity X hours.
