Same....but note break down sounds not what I expected. No insense? No balsamic herbs? I'm sceptical. I want original profumo on steroids.

@clemenza4 I feel like we need to wait a bit. Note breakdowns are so stripped down now, the leather, nutmeg, and patchouli could give a similar incense vibe.

@@clemenza4 the leather is slightly smoky, but not as much as the incense within Profumo. The violet leaf is very dark green in smell. The aquatic DNA is still present, but it is a unique smell based off of my first impressions.

Im very excited about ADG Elixir . If I had to give up every scent I would only keep my Profumo. Got like half a liter of that stuff 😂. The JPG sounds interesting but I honestly like Le Parfum better than Elixir. It’s more of a respectful scent profile wise for office/formal environments.

I also noticed the Dior Homme Intense bottle change. I have been tracking their formula codes, and they actually changed the formula mid-2023 and the perfume is a bit more powdery now and the drydown is a little different than the last iteration. I'm not sure if the new bottle also has a new formula code. With the last Dior Homme Intense bottle change, they actually changed the formula about a year before the bottle change, so part of me suspects that the new packaging is going to be for the 2023 formula, but I've been keeping an eye out for the new bottles to drop where I live to find the new bottle.

I would have loved to have ADG Elixir without leather.. I feel that we already have many fresh leather releases. From Eau de Ombre Leather to K EDP Intense to a bunch of new releases from Kenzo Homme line. I am sorry, but I don't see how this will crush it.. especially if it goes into Fahrenheit territory. On the other hand.. Le Male Elixir Absolu might be a purchase I cannot miss.

Ok, Q on the Mugler stuff. I watched reviews of pure malt and havane from back when those were still available. Really the reviews seemed to have been fairly ‘meh’ and ok value for their budget price. Now that those have been discontinued a while they seem to be regarded more as classics and in some cases best in class. What’s the truth?

I expect them to change DHI. It would not make sense to keep one iris heavy scent in the line, when the rest is different. The line is really fractured now. FK is probably going to redo them all, even the edt's.
