This is why I started watching the streams. When I cant watch or finish it, I just watch the clips posted on a channel called XQC box! He segments streams up in 30 minute videos and labels the important ones! He also uplaods the clips like minutes after it happens on stream!

I know they been having back and forth for a while but I think the tipping point was because the union ocean dumped one of the interns.

Union ocean dumped one of the Company's main grinders (i think it was dragon but not too sure wasnt watching). They also began undercutting the Company's market on racks, by selling racks for 10k when Company was selling for 20k. Tension had been building prior because JP and Buddha had a deal to exclusively buy circuit boards from Lang for $7 per, which X bought from others anyway and Lang would also regularly threaten to fuck over the Company's markets. Then when they both bought Weed turfs, they bought the same one which pissed JP off and they almost went to war over it, but decided to peacefully both use the turf (then 1 day after this was said, lang did the stuff i listed at the start)

Yuno just wanted to come "home" (he just wanted to join Lang's Union. Mr Lang just did his own thing started his own gang. Marty and the rest of The Company didn't share the same thoughts, so to "break free" from it he also did his own thing, he then later also joins Langs Union.
