$60,000 back in the 1960s was not cheap, that would probably be equal to at least $600,000 today.

That was a lot for a house back in the 60s. Houses were around half that or in some areas less.

The average price of a home in 1967 or 1968 was $25k. The house on ‘The Brady Bunch’ was probably closer to the $60k range

It’s pretty obvious that all 3 of these rooms that Jeannie has blinked up are stock still photos, and low resolution ones at that. That’s undoubtedly why the people never enter those rooms to have a proper look around in them! I wonder how Jeannie expects to get away with showing such photos to those prospective buyers… 😂

She'll figure something out. You could say Jeannie was always good at, shall we say...blinking on her feet?
@zuperdee4 ай бұрын
@@eribelle753 This is definitely true!!! 😁 Jeannie was often, shall we say, a bit overeager in her use of magic, in her desire to make her Master happy… To the point where she sometimes even TRICKS Tony into saying things like “I wish I were in Paris,” so that she can have her way with him! And that overeagerness, coupled with her naivety, often got Tony into trouble… But she WAS indeed good at blinking on her feet, and sooner or later, she usually does manage somehow to clean up the mess she makes!

No one questions that the veranda doors and the formal dining room doors are flimsy patio door shutters right beside each other with no wall between them?
