I remember watching this in 1992. When all the older country singers walk on, you got to see how far country music had come, up to that point. Now in 2015 and with all the younger female country artists, we can be sure that we will have more great country music to come.

this is truely a Who's Who of country music females. would have loved to be in the audience for the taping of "The Women of Country". every female on stage looked like they were having fun. Lynn Anderson is a prime example . No one is trying to up-stage anyone, they seemed to respect each other and their talents.

I saw Jeannie Seely, Wanda Jackson, Tammy Wynette, Rose Maddox, Patsy Montana?, Jeanne Pruett, Winona Judd and who else? Was Kitty Wells in there? This made me cry, I love these women so much, what an amazing show this must have been!!!
