Awesome job man. I'm sure you're already aware of this but just a heads up for those who don't know. You can use Hydrogen Peroxide to clean your exposed roots. It is 100% fine for the plant and will help kill and stop the spread of fungus. You can also use Air Stones attached to fish tank pumps to create air bubbles under your roots which creates constant water flow and oxygenates your roots. Both inexpensive and easy to use. Your plants will love you. Good luck.

They're swampy plants, so it probably work very well! I use to keep my tiny Venus Flytrap pot in a small container filled with water to the brim and it would go through it all within a day. The soil I had in my pot is very similar to the sponge things as well. I also saw a comment that said light isn't good, but it actually really is! They photosynthesize very well, but if you start feeding them bugs, they don't need as much. I revived my dying Venus Flytrap from a convenience store this way. Tldr; It's very similar to the conditions I kept mine in, so very probable.
