I think in many areas it will be flat to a decrease. The market is already so poor in many areas how on earth could anyone reason raising prices? I'm in North Texas and hardly anything is selling. Lots of price cuts and houses are still sitting. I'm sure yes in a few markets it will go up, but I dont think that will be the norm in most. Prices have to come down to bring back more buyers. Raising prices when demand is already so low would make zero sense.

@@LittleDragonNow I disagree I know so many who are waiting. Lower interest rates mean affordability. 09 was a different beast as we had 1.5% GDP growth for 3 years, the slowest recovery from a recession in history. This time around, we have Trump who will not only push for lower rates, but will also make energy more affordable, will renegotiate trade deals, he will also incentivize companies to bring back manufacturing back to the USA making for a more robust economy. People so easily forget what happened between 2016-2020, which is crazy to me. 09 and 25 are 2 different eras my friend.
