Jedi forgot to mention one of the other mods he's using (the mod that adds gun jamming) The mod in question is called Meatyceiver 2 and can be downloaded on bonetome just like the other mods.

Still are several mods I could install here like the rigs plus and some other modul weapon part ones. Probably the last of this character I will upload for a while, I don't want to start regurgitating the same content over and over (any more than I already do, that is!) *edit: apologies for the choppy framerate rowards the end here. The modulAK relies on the attachment system (i assume) which gets quite cumbersome for the PC to run, which dropped a lot of frames later on. Again, no Meatmas content until AFTER December 25th to help avoid spoilers for others. Hopefully I'll have a dumb reloads ready shortly after that too! Have a great holiday everyone.

To elaborate on Tarkov's weapon malfunctions, it only happens when the weapon is less than 20 or 15 durability(can't remember exactly what number, buts its low) and the malfunction is always a stovepipe type malf. Barely any gun lasts long enough for it to reach that point though, so its safe to say that malfs are effectively non-existent

you know, this map and character could really use somekind of an awareness tweak from the sosigs. so they don't just instantly spot you across the map so much.

I'm a pretty sucky computer scientist but maybe like an equation like: Don't notice if distance greater than X (200-300 'meaters'?), minus movement speed of player. So if you're at distance greater than X and move too quickly, you draw attention, but if you move slowly you remain above the "noticed" threshold.

Edit: Boys imaging a moddable backpack, or custom storage, like a tacvest you put on instead of having storage slots you just get the 2, then more, then a backpack, it would enhance the tarkov feel so much having such limited storage and praying a scav has some kind of storage item.

I would love to see a take and hold mod that all sosigs carry real "non sosigun" weapons from an availability based pool. All ammo should be scavenged from fallen foes. weapon mods could be possible drops from enemies. take and hold could be clearing non aware enemies from an area. Amazing channel. I cannot wait for the upcoming mod support.

in tarkov you can have weapon malfunctions, they are just in a broken state where the only way to get them is to fire over 10000 rounds out of the same weapon to mark the durability down to about 20 to start having them

Tip for playing limited: put a few racks of mmo on the floor before you start the hold. Do that a lot of times, so that you never run out of ammo during the hold

Try looking down and putting on the backpack through your chest. It feels weird but it helps since you can actually see the bubble you need to put it in glow when your hand is in the right spot. Been meaning to mention it in a stream for a while but my sleep schedule is fucked so I haven't been awake in time for em.

I find the easiest way to use the backpack is to look down and part of the slot can be in front of you. and when slung locked you can laser grab items out of the backpack. Edit: just saw at 26:14 that is the trick I'm talking about.

I have trouble with that backpack as well. I found sticking it through my chest works best. Look down and reach around your collar bone level and it hits the attach point.

@@jeditobiwan Theres either a tiny aperture at the bottom to view the forward post through, or the notch at the top of the rear bit aligns with the top of the forward irons. I mostly just hipfire and walk onto target, mostly against the static drones.

I sometimes have issues grabbing/holstering it if I slouch at all. Standing with my back straight aligns the slot well enough that I can consistently feel for the vibration.
