Thanks for pointing out the majority of the lines, very useful as a sanity check. I've been trying to ensure my 88 has all of its connections correct. Unfortunately at 4:02 "here's two more, idk where they go" - I also do not know where they go. They're both just dangling in my 88.

Thank you! I'd be thrilled to help but it's really hard to diagnose without being there. I've known people who have a vape pen, or some other kind of smoke you can control, and then lightly blow it around vacuum lines where they connect - if you see any get sucked in you've found it! That, or if you can't hear a whistle and have a rough idle it might be a dirty IAC Valve or Throttle Body! I've mistaken that for a vacuum line in the past. Let me know how it goes!! I may not have the answer but happy to brainstorm!

Hey great video! I watched someone else's but it didn't pan out. Yours is a bit better and more visual. I was wondering if the line that goes from the manifold to the vacuum canister at the back of the front bumper, does the end that goes out of or into the manifold have a check valve on yours? Mine looks just like yours. Some say there should be a check valve there.

It's the vaccum canister it holds vaccum. It's for your vents and cruise control. I'm still trying to figure mine out in my 88 mj. I just picked up the ball today but mine only has one hook up hole for it. I only had one hose dangling down there so I assumed that's what it went to

David Eifling on my vacuum canister there were two ports. One for the vacuum line and one I believe was electrical. Had to plug both in. Also the vacuum line had a T splitter with one end open. I plugged everything in and plugged the open end of the T splitter. That seemed to do the trick. We’ll see what other issues it may cause. Hopefully this may help you, best of luck my friend!
