Варилок работает только при высоком вращении колеса.На низком вращении в самоблоке не создается достаточного давления масла.

@@ilyakv7282 вообще он работает не от скорости, а от разницы вращений двух колес. По идее разница в пару тройку оборотов должна быть достаточна для блокировки.

@@ilyakv7282 есть и такой вариант с завода, обычный мост. Варилоки не были обязательными, от комплектации зависит.
