Thanks for posting this. Having the same problem with my 98 Jeep. Brought a new one from flagship one and my Jeep does not have overdrive and runs like shit .on my 2nd ECM from them still the same problem . now I'm going to fix original one thank you

If your on your 2nd pcm you may just have issues with ground wires nibody thought of. Take all of them off and clean them and re attach

Good video, but no offense intended- learn to solder. Every one of your joints is a cold solder joint, and they WILL fail again (I am speaking as a professional, here). It may be that you used Zinc/Tin solder, since Lead/Tin is hard to find now. I recommend spending extra for the lead/tin. It will provide a much better result.

Go to walmart buy a 10$ soldering kit and go to homedepot and buy your choice of flux , watch a couple beginners videos on how to solder and youll save 175$ oh and if you dont have one also get a walmart multimeter or if you are wealthy with the paper money . Get a good one . Or just get a pcm from the junkyard
