Jeep Pentastar V6 Rocker Arm + Oil Filter Adapter Replacement Gone Wrong

This 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WK2) has a Pentastar 3.6L V6 that was was ticking on one side of the engine. I decided to replace all 24 rocker arms, 24 lifters, 6 spark plugs, 3 coils, the oil filter adapter, PCV valve and all relevant gaskets.
