@@xmo552 For me yes. I think the 4" and rl is a much better set up if you do alot of highway driving. No more bump steer. Never had DW on 3" and short arms but definately bump steer on the highway.

You were able to fit 33's and only cut the front bumper??? Do they rub anywhere else or interfere with the suspension or fenders??? I have a simple 2 inch lift and 1.5inch spacers.. Do you think I could fit 33's as well?
@knucklehead576 жыл бұрын
I can fit them because I have adjustable control arms. I pushed the front axle forward about an inch so I only had to cut the plastic bumper. Also I have 1.25" spidertrax wheel spacers.

@@knucklehead57 Are both upper and lower adjustable, and who did you purchase them from? The bushings in my stock ones are starting to disintegrate so I think they would be a reasonable upgrade at this time haha.
@knucklehead576 жыл бұрын
@@FusionKota I bought both upper and lower but I don't think the upper was necessary. Another thing to consider is bump stop extensions

Do you like the 10 inch wide tires or would you suggest 10.5 or 11 inch wide if you had to do it again? 10 looks good on yours so just wondering from a driving perspective how it is. Thanks

LQ4 Mustang the 10's are sweet. They drive great on the highway, but I love airing them down to 10 psi when out on the trail. If it was more of a trail only rig, I would do 11.5. Full width seems overkill for these cars, never had an issue with my 10s

How much did you move the front axle forward and did you use a longer drive shaft. open diffs?
@knucklehead575 жыл бұрын
I just moved it forward until the tires cleared, then trimmed the plastic front bumper and installed 4" bumpstops. Also had to "persuade" some other metal in the wheel well to keep from slicing up my muds.
