It is full time AWD but also does have 4wd low setting

I belive it is 1, definitely not the one with elsd diffs, they are totally open unfortunately. Need upgrading for sure.

Do you have a lot of rubbing issues? im looking to put the same size tires on mine but wasn't sure about the rubbing

Bumper mod? Never heard of that before. I have the OME medium duty and I know I can fit 32"s. Not too sure about 33"s though, even with the pinch weld mod and right offset. It also says AWD but that's gotta be a QTII at least. Right?

Okay I subscribed, but which 4WD system is that? It looks like you just skimmed some off at the fender well in front. Is that what you mean by bumper mod?

Ah yeah, if there's 4 Lo and doesn't say Qudra Drive it's QTII and I see the cut if I freeze a frame, it looked a little wider there. Nice job.

I have another question if you don't mind the trouble of answering. I was looking at doing some fender mods, but I'm not sure how, or if, I can get the liners to attach to the modified fenders again so I can keep the bad stuff out of the fender panels. Did you mod the wheel well liners at all and if so would you mind explaining how you went about it?

I wanted to roll the fenders out to match the flat part with the angled part, but I can't because the rear doors are part of the fender well, so that won't be happening unless it's just at the top, but then I have to extend the liner and keep the lip inside to attach it to. I really think I'm stuck with a max size of 32" unless I want to invite rust since I live where the roads get heavily salted in winter. Just as well. I don't want to have to change gearing too.

@Rick Havok 32" tires is the MAX recommended size that you wanna run on a WK. It's the perfect size for obstacles and what not. Lets you get your Jeep flex on to the max without worry of too much fender getting in the way and loss of power in the gearing. Though, you will still need to get your pinch welds modded in the front to avoid rubbing when fully turning the wheel. Love my WK. Hope you baby yours as well as me =)

Yeah, 32 was the size I cam up with for an OME or BB too after looking at the geometry around the wheel wells, but I think with the right offset they shouldn't rub at all. Gearing is low enough at 3:75 that a 6 should drive 33's too, but I don't have 4 Lo on mine. I care for mine very well and don't beat on it at all, but I do drive it daily and wheel it. I just keep it where it belongs. Mine has smaller tires for travel right now, 245/70R17. Just playing around with ideas meanwhile. My ideal size would have a wider stance and lower aspect ratio. I know I could get 285/70R17's or even 75's under it with the weld mods, front and rear if I add just a tad of lift, but that involves other suspension parts and pucks. Maybe just UCA's. What I'm talking about below involves custom made rear LCA's, track bar, front UCA, and modified outer tie rod ends to bring the geometry in to spec. I would go to an 18" wheel, 5 or more backspace, and over 300mm wide tires in a 60 series or so for snow and sand floatation. I've got the geometry figured out, more or less. If I were going to go that route I'd go up to 4" and swap the diffs and transfer case for QDII types, keep the V6 and just add a cam with 0.25 more lift and duration. Don't need a Hemi, the 3.7 makes more torque and hp than the legendary Jeep 4.0 already. People under rate WK's all around but they're astoundingly capable vehicles and can take mods if done right.

I've got the OME HD lift myself. I also got the UCA's from JBA. I've seen too many issues with the stock control arms failing after lifts and or bigger tires. I've spent a better part then the last 3 years doing what I can with my WK and getting her more and more capable of off roading. It's amazing how much ppl look down on these particular GC's and think that it's just a shopping mall roller. I've down some pretty amazing stuff with it and she just keeps going. I'll have to upload Warpath (my wk) to youtube one of these days here once I get back to the trails. Couple of more months here and I'll be out and about. Much love my WK brethren. Hi again @@beaubrooks2501 , Well, my old Laredo blew out a main seal before I could replace it so I picked up an Overland with a Hemi and QDII. What a beast! I'm at the point I was with the last one. OME and 31 Duratracs but it's time to replace them, get new wheels, and size up, so I guess it's pinch weld and 32's. Thought I would check in and see how you and yours are doing.
