Looks like a handy upgrade! Hate that you can't see out the back mirror because of everything in the way. Seats , wiper box, and in the summer hare top panels make it nearly impossible!

My JK specific kit didn’t with the switched 12v cig lighter harness like this video showed. Had to buy one from Quadratec. 🤔 Also, harness did not have a secondary video/RCA input like the video showed.

The factory mirror connector is no longer needed and gets tucked up behind the plastic trim panel on the top of the windshield frame.

You will need to use the supplied camera it does not integrate with the factory camera. This camera is intended to be mounted at a different angle from the reverse camera. Your factory camera will still for the purpose of reversing.

That harness can be tucked into the trim panel above the mirror that is removed in the previous steps
