Is this ok on a 2018 JK without a suspension lift at all?

I have had these about 4 months. Love my teraflex lift and falcon(Tera) 3.3 shocks.

Are these really for zero lift applications?

My falcon shocks in the rear of my Jeep have the reservoir at the top, so it is mounted opposite of what is shown in this video. Is that normal or was it done wrong? I had it done at a shop

are these the best shocks made for wranglers? I'm thinking of getting the Teraflex 3.5 inch sport S/t3 lift kit with the falcon 3.3 shocks, just like these shocks. Do I need to add anything else to have a good lift for daily driving?
@extremeterrain4 жыл бұрын
Hard to say which is "the best" since everyone has different preferences on what they like on their Jeep! TeraFlex Falcons and Fox shocks are definitely some of the best out there, though. Falcon's shocks offer really great body control and have digressive valving, so they tend to ride stiffer at lower speeds but get a little softer once at higher speeds. Fox shocks tend to ride softer on the road overall and do not offer digressive valving, but still have plenty of control while off-road. I believe the Teraflex 3.5" Sport S/T3 comes with front control arm brackets, but you should look into adjustable control arms to make sure your caster and driveline angles are all within spec. They will keep your ride feeling smoother steering sharper compared to using your stock arms. I'd recommend also looking into an adjustable track bar in order to keep your front axle centered and feeling planted. Hope this all helps! -Zach

Would this be fine with 2.5inch lift?
@extremeterrain4 жыл бұрын
I'd recommend getting shocks to match your specific lift height if you can, but these 0-2 will likely be able to fit a 2.5" lift. They would just be over-extended slightly. -Zach
