This is an updated version of the SkySlider roof from the 2008-12 Liberty. They all eventually leaked and stopped working. Hopefully this one is better!

Supposedly these are alot better. The skyslider was actually a test sort of to eventually put them into the wranglers

My brand new 2021 eco diesel has this roof and mine started leaking in the front passenger corner 2 months after I bought it. Been to the dealer 3 times and they still cant fix it. They have replaced the seal and it still leaks. It's cool to have but I didn't buy a 56,000 dollar jeep to have a wet seat every time it rains.

You've got a problem with the body of the Jeep itself. You'll never be able to get it to seal. Had the same problem and l had to trade mine in. Upgraded to the 392 Rubicon.

As with a lot of sunroofs....there is a second stage beyond where it stops. Does this top offer that to go back a few inches more?

Great question.I looked at this Jeep salesman video on this same type of Wrangler & he said it stops there. "Off topic" them 2 back side window panels come off tho witch is pretty kool.

That’s what this is. The rim is hard top, and you can’t tell it’s the sky one touch unless you’re in the car or up close enough to see the very top. This is a hard top with a soft retractable roof. I love it! I’m ordering a 2021 Sahara with this option. I didn’t think I’d like it bc I’m a hard top girl, but I literally love this

I have it on my Rubicon unlimited. Living in MD we don’t get massive amounts of snow but we did see a bunch this winter. Roof held up great. It’s super quiet even on the highway. Jeep stays super warm in the winter and icy cold in the summer.
