Hey there, Emerald Computers employee here. From what I know about the TYVR Tygazer Tenacious laptops we sell is that the company that made them had them custom built but couldn't sell them so we just took their entire stock off their hands and we resell them on Amazon and in store.

Looks like a good cheap and rugged laptop! Just don't like that huge touch pad. A smaller one with an added trackpoint on the keyboard would be really nice.
