Good work, i like your vids. Usefull stuff, easy explained. And it seems that in your dojo are athletes, not that big-belly guys i see in so many dojos (no matter if escrima, Modern Arnis or weaponless styles). I have 37 yrs of Martial Arts experience and i am shocked how many bxshit i found on YT and in the net, but you are one of the rare good ones...stay on, man.

can you do blocking lessons ? or have you already done that, I have a poor tendency to constantly drop my guard when throwing a series of hits and because of that I always get hit with hooks and slaps

Hi mr brown I'm looking for some advise please, I come from a wing chun back ground and am at sifu level but I decided to start taking jkd/jun fan lessons from someone who learned direct from inosanto group, I do respect the man for his skills and knowledge but he hasn't been covering all of our grading stuff in the lessons so when we came to grade he was asking us to do stuff that had never been shown to us, I understand it's our duty to train in our spare time but how can we do that if we are not being shown the correct way of doing things. Much of our 45 min lesson is taken up by fitness and only about half the lesson is spent training, I don't want to disrespect him by challenging his teaching methods but it really is getting to me. Is this my failure or his, any advise would be gratefully received. O yea great vids

Hi! No, it sounds like he is a very green Instructor.. I am sorry to hear that. I would probably say that if he does not change his teaching methods, look else where...
