I've seen similar issues happening the FZ 150s and SZ 150s too. Seems like one off isolated incidents, but yes, it does happens. Good one JeetB, neatly and crisply explained. Cost cutting 100%..

I have a friend he is mechanic. He told me that Indian R15 Bikes magnet nut breaking is a common problem. Indonesian or Thailand R15 don't have this problem. ❤️ From Bangladesh.

Lucky that the damage isn't too much, and glad you are safe. And I do watch Tavarish and you are 100 percent the warranty (it is my favourite line from Tavarish) and that bike is lucky to be under your ownership. Jeet, please read my comment. I've been following you for a long time, I knew you're a kick-ass mechanic, but after this video, I think you're something else. Mechanical knowledge, presentation, saying truth on the face - you just won my heart bro. Now, I am an extreme motorcycle lover, friends ask me for advice on bikes, and I used to tell everyone to stay away from bs6 bikes and better find an used one in good condition. As reason, I used to say price, electronic and computer interference in every system from combustion to braking making the machine way more complicated, heck even a jump start isn't possible. I also used to say about quality, but didn't have any strong point on it. Was thinking maybe I'm wrong. But this opened my eye. THANK YOU. Can't thank enough Tbh. Recently had a bad experience with my friend's bs6 Fz V3 where the bike refused to start and stranded my friend a number of times. Raised a complaint, got the battery and Bluetooth module changed but still happening. I've had an FZ V2 which was practically bullet proof. it's heartbreaking to see Yamaha quality degrading like this. Anyway, thanks a lot ! I'm from WB but would love to visit your workshop if that is possible. Take care bro 😊

If I may, I think, using thread chaser die cast, a good quality one will relieve you for any engine disassembly. Just my 2 cents, you know the ground reality better. Hope this helps.

Hope you get settled n focused and back on track. Your videos are delightful, knowledgeable and easy for the diy beginners. Just an advice, lately, I think you have been explaining yourself on videos for any negative comments that are made. I think, you don't need that. Your work speaks for itself. Jeet bhai main apni Mt 15 se pareshaan frustrated, Ill,sick sab ho chuka hoon. Bhai starting issue ko leke ab tak 25k tak karch kar chuka . Very disappointed by Yamaha service. Unhone clutch housing clutch plates aur pata nhi kya kya change kar diya. Still no solution. Ant mein 25k tak kharch karne par pata chalta hai ki wo log air filter change nhi karte but bill bana dete hain. Mene khud se filter change Kia aur throttle body clean ki under rs500. Bhai mere 25k toh Gaye. Mere bike ki mileage hai 8693kms.

aap iska thread pata karo, agar koi part documents se mil jaaye.. mostly metric hoga.. fir agar naahi mila market mein aapko thread gauge mil jaayega.. usse pata kar sakte ho thread specifications.. usi ka market me die ata hain. Koi lathe wale se puch lo bata dega kaha milta hain.. woh use karlo thora damaged thread filing karke kam ho jayega.. Engine dissassembly not required. I hope I could have helped you more, if you where from kolkata. yeh lathe mein naya thread girane ke liye aapko engine kholneko bola, but for such a small thing it is not required at all.

Hello Sir Hope you are having good day I'm planning to buy a new R15S next month. I ride around 12K kms per year. I usually ride at around 70KPH with gear shifts around 6-7K RPM and very ocassionally go for fast rides. (10-15%) I know maintaining this bike is comparatively expensive and electronics come with additional maintenance. I like to keep my bikes properly serviced as mentioned in the owner's manual. But what I want is a reliable bike which doesn't break down on roads. So my question is "Is yamaha R15S V3 good enough for me. Is the quality good enough?" Thank you 🙏
