You can tell she's looking better. Her face if glowing and her hair color is ❣❣ I did a huge cleanse about 13 years ago after my dad died. He was a sober man. I found him dead from diabetes 1. That's not why i stopped drinking alcohol, eating so much better I'm the same size as i was in high school. I was a size 20. Now I'm 7. I work out as much as i can. I have a metal rods and screws holding my back together. And other bad stuff. Also back in therapy.I also don't drink any thing but water. No caffeine. I feel so good. Has you detoxed from alcohol. Mine was mild because I didn't drink every day. Good for you Tana you got this.

Going sober has soooo many benefits, one of which is a flatter tummy. Alcohol (especially beer) causes a visceral, thicker fat around the stomach that is very hard to lose (harder than other type of fat). Thats why you hear or see older men beer drinkers with a "beer belly". Not saying that everyone needs to have a small waistline but for me persoanlly I feel better without a bloated belly.

I am born n raised in Vegas n it's rare too meet someone that actually is, this is why tana is relatable n likeable cus ppl u meet here make it seem as if we are something we are not cus they move here n are not from our town, we are good ppl here n our city is fast paced has grown a lot n I remember in the 80's the biggest hwy in out of town n to lake Mead was boulder hwy. Ppl are shocked when my badge for work at the hotels said from Vegas n would take pics with me cus we are that rare. It's a small city to us born n raised here. Ppl use to ask me where did I live n think on the strip n I would laugh n say no we have communities here n homes, lol. I found out in Maui on vacation there that they call Vegas their 9th island cus they love it here so much. Love Hawaii.
