Wow, i was there! Even better. I was in Amsterdam early that day and i thought i could get my reserved ticket in the afternoon. The ticket office was closed. But... the doors of the concert hall were wide open and the band was just finishing the soundcheck. I walked in and listened. After the check was done they started jamming and fooling around, duelling with their instruments. I had walked the up to the stage and when they stopped i applauded and yelled yeaahh!!! great!!(and probably some other raw sounds. Jeff laughed and bowed for me.... incredible that they played just for me. I have been a guiterplayer for over 40 years but Jeff still makes me feel like a beginner... He is the best!!!

I've been playing the guitar since 1974, and Jeff Beck will always be the 'Master' & I will always be the 'Apprentice'. . .

Nice! That first tune is called My Greatest Hits. It’s on his double album I Wanna Play For You (1979).
