When I saw this movie I came out of the theater saying i just saw the next Best Actor winner at the Oscars. His performance was absolutely brilliant. He WAS that lost alcoholic soul. I've never seen and felt such compelling acting where the person playing the part was so utterly believable. Well done Jeff, and I'm very happy that you are doing so well, with the love of your family.

@althea7771 My cousin (now deceased) was a friend of the Bridges boys from the time they were all kids in LA. (My uncle Mac owned a car dealership that their dad patronized) Those guys were full of talent. Beau was a great basketball player and even played for a while at UCLA under the freat John Wooden. They were both musicians. Jeff also is a GREAT photographer, He has a panoramic camera since the was really young. He has been published. Take a look at his stuff.
