I don't think that Crazy Heart would've happened if Jeff hadn't done so. The role is just so perfect for specifically him, not sure if any other high profile actor in the same age frame as him would've been right for the role.

I thought it was a truly inspiring and moving story. There's a comfort in the idea of never being too far gone to redeem oneself. Old dogs can learn new tricks, and I'll always root for someone trying to turn it around ❤
