Sometimes as a christian, we can still remain somewhat selfish n we hv to daily lay that down on Jesus feet over n over. Always make Jesus first as you both did n only than, will their love for each other grow everyday. Our Pastor Jack Hayford would always say, everyday he fell in love w his wife more n more n I could never understand that, but I do now, thank you for sharing your testimony! This story is a true miracle. But, how many marriages today are also being destroyed by the same hardhearted, selfishness and unrealistic expectations described here. Most people in these situations lack adequate behavioral and communication skills to successfully navigate marital problems on their own [50% divorce rate].

For what I have heard from her in other videos she was expecting life-long romanticism that is very unrealistic because marriage goes through different stages. Romanticism in a relationship at the beginning is very important because that's how the strong attraction of infatuation with each other begins But as time goes on it grows into something much deeper. If I recall she mentioned that she watched a lot of soap operas which are fantasy love life and not reality. More likely than not that's where she got her distorted information as to what a real relationship looks like. Unfortunately he had to suffer her ignorance she was bringing into the marriage. However if they are both happy good for them. I'm very happy for the children more than for her. She is very lucky that he took her back.
