I love the bit where Achmed whispers in his regular voice, "It's not always hot in France?" It adds another layer to the joke, showing that Jacques isn't actually Achmed's brother, but Achmed himself in disguise. This section also took not only creative thinking to find the loophole and quickly come up with a comedy routine, but also a solid backbone to perform it, not knowing if the officials would be okay with said loophole. Hats off-fa-fa to Jeff-fa-fa! (I know. That's Peanut instead of Achmed, but I couldn't resist.)

As a Kyrgyz-Canadian I laugh at the attempts of Malaysian forces to protect their APC's with planks of wood against ISIS RPG-7s. Good effort, but not really effective. Kontakt-1 would work better than wooden armour as stand-off-armour against shaped-charge projectiles. Then again, active armour would probably do more damage to your armour, than it would do you good.
