Bigfoot stood outside my car while I was car-camping in Colorado [2+ hours west of Denver]. He reached his fingers through the crack in my car window and I heard him breathing, grunting, and sniffing. Most people tell me that it was a bear… it wasn’t. I also doubt sleep paralysis, it was way too vivid. I felt every single one of my heart beats for a solid 2 minutes. I still like to camp though 🏕️🦧

Harland talking his survival in the Rocky's to prove himself to himself is a beautiful imaginary. I used to go on scout campouts & eat psilocybin & just wander the woods with a sober friend, at night to challenge myself as well to get over my fear of pure darkness. Helped me accept a whole lot more than that as well. The Harland Highway sure has been one hellofa cruise!

🤔I agree with Jeff, I’ve heard many people that are extremely experienced hunters and outdoorsmen. People that know how a beer runs at 40 mph but never witnessed a beer on two feet moving the same way or crossing a span of ground upright. Several hunters throughout the North American area, that tell occurrences of wtf was that, over a century+ is amazing.🤔🧐

I worked in the bush, prospecting, doing mining claim and checking the diamond drilling operations. Got so relaxed with the area, northern Saskatchewan, 2:30am get a call on the radio, need to check the core samples. I leave my tent full moon super bright in winter, and start walking the 1 mile to the drill, and notice I forgot the paperwork and camera. Turn around, and I thought I heard noice, but I was half asleep. Have to walk back to the camp, and in the middle of the path is fresh bear shit 40 feet away that I just passed. And I really woke up, and I could hear this bear circling around me, cause now I’m focused. Made it back to camp, grabbed the 348 Winchester, big flash light. Never ever did a bone head move of being comfortable in the bush.

they didn't have the footage in Grizzly Man, only the audio because the lens cap was on the camera when it happened, and they don't play the audio in the film, Herzog only listened to it and told the owner of it not to ever listen to it and to destroy it, if I remember correctly, great doc though and another great episode, love this podcast!
