Look man, it takes a lot to move generations of people. But here we have, two dudes from two different generations just chit chatting, talking, presumably, mostly to people from three different generations themselves, and making it all resonate with a profound level with reason and humility. This was a hell of an episode.

I was thinking the same thing. A meat eater episode about deep south deer hunting would be nice too. Just realizing how it's all about the Midwest and Alaska.

@@Steve-ev6vx i agree. That is why so many tell Deep South southerners they need long range calibers with high BCs.

Agreed! It made me emotional hearing him talk about coming to realize the problems driving homelessness. In my own life there came a time where I realized that were it not for family and friends I would have found myself homeless.

Not only is Jeff funny, but after watching this I learned he is also one WISE person!! He has figured out the true meaning of what is important and is someone I would LOVE to spend some time looking for arrowheads, hunting, and just enjoying so much of the philosophies we share. THANK YOU Steven for sharing this wonderful interview with us!!

Great conversation! Jeffs comedy actually helped me through a whole lot of dark times as a child in more ways than one. Im a survivor of childhood s^$ual abuse so i felt very isolated and alone and unseen and scared. When i found his tapes they made me laugh to myself alone in my bedroom. Then when i started reciting his jokes in school it made people laugh and i didnt feel so isolated anymore. Then it triggered something in me and i realized that i could be funny naturally. It made a lot of the bullying go away and ended up bringing me to meet my lifeling best friend in the 4th grade as he was a Foxworthy fan also. Jeff has 100 percent earned the right to sit home and let people come to him but i really do hope he decides to be on Rogans podcast. I think it would really spread his humor and message to a lot of folks who it would otherwise be lost on.

Jeff foxworthy might have been the first comedian I heard and could recognize. When I first got into comedy I only wanted “clean” stuff because I was 10-12 and foxworthy did an amazing job of being child friendly enough to where me and my dad liked him. I grew to love all of blue collar, with Ron being the one I saved for last for obvious reasons.
