I met Jeff in Boston and saw him there with one of Bostons best bands, Gypsy in the 80s. Then he went w Billy Squire, then Rod, then Ave Blue… so missed

What tone.....what feel....what a loss to the music world and his family. Sigh. R.I.P., Jeff Golub.

Four years later, I have watched this video again-and again and it brings a smile to me every time! Wished I could have been there with my wife , eating pizza and drinking beer and having a good time watching these talented artists performing together! Smooth jazz, sadly being phased away from the FM air waves.

Wow Jeff Golub and Jeff Lorber in the same show, this is pretty amazing stuff.. 2 of favorites. So sad that Jeff Golub is no longer with us, such great music he made. Heaven is more than likely a bit smoother this year...

I heart this man playing on radio today on a Jazz station and came to You tube to hear more...What an incredible gifted man. His guitar has a sweet flawless sound. I read on Wiki about him and was said to read he had passed away. So very sad..but but thanks for his music!!

My collection has over 112 of his songs with very few that I didn't like. He had a good ear for selecting beautiful melodies. I am glad that his music will make me feel good until it's my turn to go. I remember a smooth jazz concert in 2006 in Denver where he was the crowd favorite out of many talented musicians. Sad.

One of my favs from the Dangerous Curves CD. I always enjoyed seeing Jeff in person and had the pleasure of that several times before the tragic loss of sight a few years ago, then saw him last Feb with Brian Auger in San Francisco, doing his best to carry on....and now today, to learn of his passing, not the best news to start a New Year off.
