This is just my opinion, but Michael Waltrip's Unfiltered Podcast is one of the best Fox sports programs available. Thanks Michael Waltrip for all you do for the sport. You are recording Nascar history every time you do a show. I continue to learn about a sport I have loved for 40 years. I look forward to watching your upcoming documentary, but I am also not looking forward to it. I was there in the stands about 350 yards or so from where Dale hit the wall. I don't remember much of the week that followed. I stayed at the track for as long as I could that night. I came back the next day and the day after that. A lot of folks did the same. We were just numb and in shock. Again Michael, Thanks for all you do for the sport!

Gordon making those crazy passes in the corners, diving to the inside, and just driving around to lead the race. All those laps he led, all the poles, the wins, the championships, was a great time in NASCAR. Ray was great. The battles with Dale, I was on the edge of my seat. They won't let any driver get 8 championships, they already have their king.

My idol as a kid, grew up in a 90’s-early 2000’s nascar Thursday-Sunday household with Monday - Wednesday between wind tunnel and other talk shows it was all nascar all the time. Jeff was my pops guy and ten years of trying for his autograph never got lucky. If someone had an authenticity paperwork and something signed by him I want to give him his autograph. We’ve had our issues and are on first name bases these days but it’s sure make him happy.
